TERMS OF SERVICE

Please review all terms of service prior to booking for a complete understanding of services and client expectations.

HOURS OF OPERATION

Our appointments are during normal business hours, Monday through Saturday. This applies to emails and calls received outside of business hours. They will be returned promptly and within 48 business hours.

We do not schedule on-site home staging work on Sunday or during holidays.

​

Available time slots will appear in our online schedule.  If a time slot is not shown, it has already been booked. 

​

During peak real estate sales season, we often get booked up 2 weeks in advance. We highly recommend contacting us early so we can discuss your project.

We reserve the right to decline service.

​

Our warehouse is open by appointment only.

PROPOSAL

Payment is required to book your appointment.  If your project is beyond a 20 miles radius of our studio in Grand Junction, an additional travel time will be assessed.

If you decide to take our consultation a step further and upgrade to a styling/staging package, you will receive a proposal within 48 hours following our initial consultation meeting.  It will be based on items and goals we discussed during our meeting and reflect any budgeting requests you shared.

If you decide to move forward with your proposal, it must be electronically signed and returned with full payment before scheduling your installation date. Non-payment results in a cancellation or reschedule to the soonest availability of Soulful Collections LLC and will incur a rescheduling fee.

We draft our proposal based on labor and materials needed for staging your home. While it may look like we are only working at your job site on the day of staging, a lot of work goes on behind the scenes. This includes, but is not limited to, discussing the best design plan for your listing, selecting, shopping for, buying, or pulling inventory, packing and loading, delivery, unpacking, and on-site installation.

We value our time and commitment to your project and understand that some other companies might be priced competitively. If you like what we do, and you want us to achieve the look you see in our portfolio, we need to charge what we ask for in the proposal.

We only accept electronic credit card payments, no checks, cash, or third-party payment services. There will be a 3% Fee on every transaction for processing fees. 

​

All contracts and credit card authorization must be signed in advance to scheduling the staging or install date.  For staging projects, we propose an initial install invoice with an attached 30-day rental invoice that is recurring if the home is not sold in 30 days. 

​

During the duration of a staged project, the buyers may purchase items through the process. All sales are final and non refundable.
